What happens after my trial?
You'll move to Professional at $10/month. Cancel anytime before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
Yes — your card starts the 14-day trial and is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You're not charged during the trial; on day 14 it becomes Professional at $10/month unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime, right from your dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing depends on seat count and usage. Contact sales@clientconnect.tech and we'll build the right plan for your team.
